Have several new recipes given to me by a patron of my jellies:
Glazed Bacon:


1 lb. Thick cut smoked bacon
2 tsp. CD POmegranate Chipotle Pepper Jelly
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. agave syrup or brown sugar

Make a glaze
Wish together jelly, mustard, sugar, in a small bowl,

Cook bacon in oven on a rack until just about brown, bacon over and glaze.  Cook additional couple of minutes until nice and brown.  Delicious
